Delete your PupsMatch account

This page explains how you can delete your account from within the app and on the website.

Delete from the mobile app

Open the PupsMatch app and sign in (if not already).
Go to Profile.
Tap the More menu (ellipsis ⋯) next to the Edit Profile and Logout buttons.
Select Delete Account and confirm.

This uses the in-app endpoint DELETE /api/mobile/profile and permanently deletes your account and associated data (subject to legal retention obligations). You will be signed out automatically.

Delete from the website

Sign in on the website.
Open Account settings.
Switch to the Account settings tab.
Click Delete Account and confirm.

This triggers a secure server-side deletion of your account. If you can’t access your account, contact support below.

What gets deleted

Your profile and posts.
Your followers/following relationships, likes, and conversations.
Push notification tokens and related app data.

If you are unable to access your account, you can request deletion by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Please include your username and any email previously associated with the account to help us locate it.
